Refund policy
When you place a reservation, you are making an offer to purchase. Il Magnolia - Ristorante, Pizzeria, and Guesthouse in Francavilla al Mare reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at its sole discretion. Your reservation is not accepted until Il Magnolia - Ristorante, Pizzeria, and Guesthouse in Francavilla al Mare confirms acceptance. Payment must be received and processed before your order will be accepted. If your order is either not accepted, modified, or canceled, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
Reservations:
Reservations can be made in the following ways:
By purchasing on the website il-magnolia.com or by calling +393289780366.
When you book online, you will pay the full amount beforehand.
Cancellations:
- The amount is refundable if the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the first night's stay.
- If the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the first night's stay, 30% will be retained and 70% will be refunded.
- If you have booked and do not show up, the full amount of the reservation will be retained to cover the damage caused by the lack of notice.
- The reservation is valid after receiving the payment confirmation email.
Example:
You booked on March 1st for a stay from June 7th to 14th for a total of €1,000.
If you cancel your reservation between March 1st and midnight on May 30th, we will refund 100% (€1,000).
If you cancel your reservation between midnight on May 30th and midnight on June 6th, we will refund 70% (€700).
If you don't show up on June 7th, you will not receive a refund.
In case of early departure:
In case of early departure, the guest will lose the full amount paid. There will be no refund for unused nights, for which payment has already been made, and for which the invoice has already been issued.
Reservation changes:
Reservations can only be changed based on property availability. The price remains unchanged if you book the same room type and if the booking period is the same price. Otherwise, you will be required to stay within the booking period and pay a surcharge (if applicable) or receive a refund for the excess. We will inform you of any payment methods for the surcharge.
