Nestled in the green hills of Francavilla al Mare, the property enjoys a privileged position just a few minutes from the beach and only one km from the A-14 motorway exit, Francavilla al Mare – Pescara Sud.

Il Magnolia restaurant, pizzeria and B&B is the perfect compromise for staying, eating, resting and unwinding, halfway between the town's amenities and the tranquility of the countryside.

At the property you will find a large private car park, a garden, the restaurant-pizzeria on the ground floor, comfortable rooms and a common area on the upper floor.

THE ROOMS

Il Magnolia rooms are located on the first floor of our facility and offer a stay away from the hustle and bustle, in a relaxing, comfortable and private atmosphere. Thanks to the hillside location of the property, they are breezy and bright, ideal for couples, families, as well as workers that have to stop by and solo travelers.

Common area

The common area is designed for spending time together, relaxing, reading, having a coffee, or working using the free Wi-Fi. You also have the option to cook using the provided equipment, from the microwave to the induction hob, from the coffee machine to cups and plates.

Garden

It's impossible to miss our garden when you arrive.
Located to the left of the building, it's an area enclosed by a lush viburnum hedge and surrounded by a variety of trees that give it a wild and untamed appearance; that's why we call it the woodland garden.
Inside, you'll find a wooden porch, a small gazebo, and a play area with swings and slides to entertain children.
In the morning, you can choose to sip your coffee here and warm yourself in the first rays of sun while your dog runs freely and happily around. As soon as the light fades, the garden transforms and becomes a cool area to retreat to after a hot day.
On summer evenings, the area is set up with chairs and tables so you can dine under the stars; we are in a rural area, little affected by light pollution, and if the sky is clear and the lights are off, you might see small fireflies flitting among the leaves of the hedge.
